WASH Manager (P-4), TA, #137625

UNICEF Nigeria is recruiting a WASH Manager (P‑4) for a temporary appointment in Abuja to oversee its WASH programme portfolio. The manager will provide technical guidance and management support for WASH programming across Nigeria, ensuring high‑quality design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation; strengthen programme quality, risk management and accountability; and liaise with government, donors and partners. Candidates should have an advanced university degree in public health, social science, engineering or a related field, at least eight years’ relevant professional experience in WASH, construction oversight or risk management, and strong skills in contract management, risk mitigation and compliance. Proficiency in English is essential and knowledge of another UN or local language is an asset. Applications close 3 July 2026.
