ABOUT CBM GLOBAL
CBM Global works with people with disabilities and partner organisations in low- and middle-income countries to address poverty, exclusion and barriers to full participation.
JOB SUMMARY
The Transformation Manager will lead the programme-management component of CBM Global’s organisation-wide transformation process. The role reports to senior leadership and is offered on a three-year fixed-term contract.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain the overall transformation programme plan.
- Coordinate interconnected workstreams, pilots, deadlines and deliverables.
- Establish clear programme-management systems for transformation activities.
- Track progress and provide transparent reporting to leadership.
- Identify strategic, operational and implementation risks.
- Maintain risk registers and ensure mitigation actions are followed up.
- Coordinate organisational pilots and capture learning.
- Support development of revised systems, structures and ways of working.
- Facilitate organisational learning and change-management processes.
- Prepare programme updates, decision papers and recommendations.
- Coordinate communication across global and country stakeholders.
- Support transition from pilot activities to broader organisational implementation.
- Ensure participation of relevant partners and stakeholders.
- Promote localisation, inclusion and effective power-sharing approaches.
- Maintain documentation of decisions, milestones, dependencies and lessons learned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least five years of senior-management experience within international development or humanitarian organisations.
- Demonstrated experience leading organisational change or transformation.
- Strong programme/project-management capability.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-country and multi-stakeholder processes.
- Experience with organisational systems and change management.
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Understanding of localisation and shifts in organisational power and partnership models.
- Disability-inclusion knowledge or experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cultures and time zones.
