JOB SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Technical Assistant will support effective management, monitoring and documentation of programme commodities and materials in Adamawa or Gombe State. The role will work with programme and logistics teams to strengthen commodity availability, stock accountability and supply-chain reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support state-level supply-chain planning and programme implementation.
- Monitor commodity distribution and availability.
- Track health commodities, programme materials and supplies.
- Support stock monitoring, reconciliation and documentation.
- Work with state and LGA teams on supply-chain activities.
- Monitor commodity movements and identify potential stock-management problems.
- Maintain accurate supply-chain records and reports.
- Support collection, compilation and validation of supply-chain data.
- Participate in field monitoring and supportive supervision.
- Identify supply-chain gaps and escalate issues to relevant programme staff.
- Maintain organised records and filing systems.
- Coordinate with programme, logistics and M&E teams to improve supply-chain performance.
REPORTING
The Supply Chain Technical Assistant will prepare narrative reports for submission to the State Programme Officer and approval by the State Programme Manager.
