POSITION SUMMARY
Support effective supply-chain operations for Save the Children programmes in Borno. This is a full-time national position on a one-year contract.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate procurement and contracting processes; support supplier sourcing, bid analysis and documentation; maintain procurement plans and trackers; ensure compliance with Save the Children and donor procedures; support warehouse, asset, fleet and logistics activities; maintain accurate supply-chain records; and provide timely reports and operational support to programme teams.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and a minimum of three years of post-NYSC experience in supply, procurement, contracting, logistics or a related function. CIPS certification is an added advantage. Applicants should understand donor compliance and procurement controls and have practical experience in INGO logistics, contracts, fleet and/or warehouse management.
