Lafiya is a nonprofit strengthening access to family-planning services for women and girls in rural and underserved communities.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Strategy & Impact Analyst will serve as a research-minded generalist who develops and manages cost-effectiveness, unit-cost and decision-support models that guide resource allocation, organisational strategy and donor engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain cost-effectiveness, unit-cost and decision-analysis models.
• Analyse programme, operational and financial information to support strategic decisions.
• Conduct research and translate complex evidence into practical recommendations.
• Prepare clear analytical products, presentations and decision-support materials.
• Work with programme, finance, MEL and leadership colleagues to improve assumptions and data quality.
• Support high-level donor engagement with credible evidence on impact and value for money.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Public Health or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience building cost-effectiveness or decision-analysis models.
• Strong quantitative analysis, research, written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-growing organisation.

COMPENSATION

The advertised range is USD 3,000–4,000 monthly for US-based candidates and is adjusted for cost of living in other locations.
