Position Description & Requirements

ABOUT INVICTUS AFRICA

Invictus Africa is a civic-tech and human-rights organisation working to advance gender equality and promote the rights of women and girls through data-driven advocacy, digital technologies, research and capacity development.

The organisation is recruiting State Field Supervisors for the Womanity Index 2026 Social Norms Study.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Womanity Index 2026 Social Norms Study is a nationwide survey designed to measure the prevalence and strength of social norms associated with gender-based violence.

The study will assess harmful and protective social norms across participating states and generate state-by-state findings that can support policymakers, civil-society organisations and development partners.

The findings will also provide baseline information that stakeholders can use to monitor changes in social norms over time.

Invictus Africa will deploy enumerators across the participating states. Each team will be supervised by a qualified State Field Supervisor who will ensure high-quality data collection, ethical compliance and effective field implementation.
