State Coordinator - Oyo

POSITION SUMMARY

Coordinate state-level implementation of IITA programmes, ensuring activities, partnerships, workplans and resources deliver agreed results for youth employment, enterprise development and agriculture-related interventions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead state work planning and implementation; coordinate field teams and partners; maintain relationships with government, communities and private-sector stakeholders; monitor budgets, targets, risks and programme quality; support youth enterprise and agricultural-extension activities; prepare timely technical and management reports; and ensure compliance with donor and organisational requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences or a related discipline. Minimum of five years of relevant programme or project-implementation experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or team-leadership role. Experience in youth employment, enterprise development, agricultural extension, budgets, workplans, donor reporting and multi-stakeholder engagement is required. This national position is open to Nigerian citizens.
