Security Officer – NEYIF

OVERVIEW

North East Youth Initiative for Development (NEYIF) is recruiting one Security Officer to protect staff, assets, premises, partners and programme activities in Katsina State.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the safety and security of NEYIF staff, assets, premises, partners and programme activities.
• Work in line with NEYIF policies, donor requirements and local security guidelines.
• Contribute to security risk assessment, mitigation, communication and reporting.
• Work across Katsina State and surrounding areas as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant experience in security management or a related field.
• Knowledge of security principles, risk assessment and mitigation.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
• Willingness to work in Katsina State and surrounding areas.
