ROLE PURPOSE

The ScanForm Field Coordinator will coordinate deployment of ScanForm in Nigeria. The coordinator will work with government ministries of health, implementing partners and field teams to support testing, training, distribution, monitoring and successful use of the system.

The role combines field coordination, stakeholder engagement, technical problem-solving, reporting and monitoring and evaluation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate ScanForm deployment across assigned programmes and locations.
• Work with Ministry of Health and implementing-partner teams to ensure smooth rollout.
• Coordinate system testing before and during deployment.
• Organize and support multiple levels of user and field-team training.
• Coordinate distribution and implementation-monitoring activities.
• Monitor field adoption, performance and operational challenges.
• Build constructive relationships with government, programme and field stakeholders.
• Use diplomacy and emotional intelligence to prevent or resolve coordination problems.
• Prepare clear field reports and implementation summaries.
• Identify technical or operational problems affecting deployment.
• Diagnose likely causes and resolve problems where possible.
• Refer technical tickets to the appropriate personnel and track resolution.
• Liaise with government stakeholders to strengthen data use.
• Support monitoring and evaluation activities informing public-health policy and programme decisions.
• Communicate partner and client needs accurately to QED.ai’s technical and programme teams.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Applicant must reside in Nigeria.
• Demonstrated fieldwork experience.
• Experience coordinating field teams or field-based programme activities.
• Experience preparing field reports and implementation summaries.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience communicating with government, programme partners, clients or field stakeholders.
• Public-health field experience is an advantage.
• Monitoring and evaluation, basic programming or basic statistics experience is an advantage.
