JOB SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator will support implementation of the CIFF Challenge Fund mCPR Project in Ebonyi and help ensure state-level activities, programme data, budgets, commodities and reporting remain on track.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate implementation of project workplans and state-level activities.

• Track milestones, targets and programme deliverables.

• Coordinate trainings, supportive supervision, facility activities and stakeholder engagements.

• Compile and quality-check programme performance data.

• Support preparation of donor reports, briefs and presentations.

• Monitor programme budgets, procurement and activity expenditure.

• Coordinate project logistics and field visits.

• Track commodity availability and escalate supply issues.

• Maintain project documentation, action trackers and risk registers.

• Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, M&E/MIS and technical teams.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree or advanced degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management or related field.

• Three to six years of programme/project coordination experience.

• Experience in public health, SRH or development programmes.

• Experience coordinating donor-funded activities across multiple locations.

• Strong project planning, reporting, data-analysis and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to manage several priorities and meet deadlines.
