MSI Reproductive Choices provides sexual and reproductive health services and works with governments and partners to expand access to modern contraception.

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator will provide day-to-day coordination support to MSI’s CIFF Challenge Fund mCPR Project, a multi-state family-planning programme designed to improve access to high-quality contraceptive services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain project workplans, activity trackers and state implementation plans.
  • Track programme milestones, targets and implementation delays.
  • Coordinate facility assessments, trainings, supportive supervision, advocacy and community activities.
  • Compile and quality-check monthly and quarterly programme data.
  • Support donor reporting and preparation of performance summaries.
  • Coordinate project meetings, donor visits and stakeholder engagements.
  • Track expenditure against budgets and flag financial risks.
  • Support procurement, payment documentation and programme logistics.
  • Monitor commodity availability and escalate stock-out risks.
  • Maintain project risk, issue, action and decision registers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree or advanced degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management or related discipline.
  • Three to six years of progressive programme/project coordination experience.
  • Experience in SRH, public health or development programming is preferred.
  • Experience supporting donor-funded, multi-state projects.
  • Strong programme planning, monitoring, budgeting and reporting skills.
  • Ability to analyse programme data and coordinate government and implementing partners.
