JOB SUMMARY
The Quality of Care Officer will strengthen clinical quality assurance and state-level implementation of A360 SRH, family-planning, MNCH and nutrition services. The position supports evidence-based services for adolescent girls, young women and newborns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate service-delivery and quality-improvement work across supported facilities and LGAs.
- Provide technical assistance to strengthen government and primary-health-care systems.
- Support application of quality-of-care frameworks and mechanisms.
- Strengthen data management, analysis, use and routine data-quality assessment.
- Support availability and management of essential health commodities.
- Coordinate government, facility, community and partner stakeholders.
- Support planning, budgeting, reporting and knowledge management.
- Help strengthen the capacity of LGA and PHC personnel.
- Promote consistent service standards and improved health outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- First degree in Nursing and/or Midwifery.
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria is compulsory.
- Minimum five years’ relevant service-delivery or health-capacity-strengthening experience.
- Progressively increasing responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting results, learning and capacity development at LGA and PHC levels.
- Commitment to professional improvement.
