PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

iLEAD AFRICA’s Impact Associate Programme is designed for emerging professionals seeking practical experience in social impact, youth development, democracy, technology and civic engagement.

ROLE FOCUS

The Program Associate will support the planning, implementation, documentation and monitoring of programme activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with programme workplans, activity schedules and routine coordination.
• Support workshops, meetings, community engagements and participant communication.
• Maintain programme files, attendance records and activity documentation.
• Collect implementation updates and contribute to reports and presentations.
• Conduct basic research and support stakeholder and partner follow-up.
• Work collaboratively across teams and participate actively in programme learning.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

• Creative, proactive learners with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidates able to work independently and participate in hybrid work in Abuja.
