ABOUT THE REACH PROGRAM

JOB SUMMARY
The Practice & Quality Assurance Coordinator will oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations at the REACH clinic in Tofa, Kano. The role includes clinical leadership, quality assurance, staff supervision and support to the REACH Programme Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop medical policies and procedures and monitor staff compliance.
- Assess changing healthcare needs and contribute to development of services.
- Provide clinical advice to research or programme activities.
- Review medical KPIs and OKRs.
- Provide ongoing consultation and technical guidance to clinical staff.
- Organise and assign duties to clinical team members.
- Assess staffing needs and prepare appropriate schedules.
- Evaluate clinical-team performance and conduct performance reviews.
- Supervise delivery of patient care.
- Support onboarding of new clinical staff.
- Conduct face-to-face medical consultations.
- Provide remote clinical support where required.
- Organise periodic staff meetings.
- Present clinical data and operational information to management.
- Resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Identify operational problems and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate healthcare delivery across multidisciplinary team members.
- Provide clinical input for new-business opportunities.
- Evaluate quality and appropriateness of medical care and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- MBBS, MbChB, MD, DO or equivalent recognised medical degree.
- Completion of compulsory medical internship.
- Minimum two years post-NYSC experience.
- Current MDCN registration and practising licence.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong clinical, leadership and supervisory ability.
- Excellent communication and patient-service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and quality-management skills.

- ₦490,000 monthly gross.
