Job Overview

EHA Clinics is recruiting a People and Culture Intern to support its People and Culture department with employee records, HR documentation, scheduling, recruitment administration and general office support. Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, enter and update information used to maintain employee records and databases.
  • Establish and maintain files and records for the People and Culture department.
  • Prepare written documentation and correspondence for the HR team.

  • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of company information.
  • Update physical and digital personnel records.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Completion of compulsory NYSC or possession of an exemption certificate.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer operations.
  • Ability to use email, internet browsing and file-management tools.
