About One Acre Fund
One Acre Fund supports smallholder farmers with farm supplies, credit, training and other agricultural services. Its Nigeria programme serves farmers across Niger State and other operating areas.
Role Overview
The Coordinator will oversee client data across the operational lifecycle, protect data integrity and improve systems used by Business Operations and partner departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client data from enrolment through repayment and maintain accurate databases.
- Analyse data requests for operational and strategic decision-making.
- Supervise 3–4 CDM Data Officers and temporary data-entry staff during peak periods.
- Train Field Officers on One Acre Fund productivity applications.
- Improve repayment and client-resolution processes, reconcile database and bank records and support audits.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in database management, data warehousing and SQL.
- Strong Excel capability, including advanced formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
- Ability to clean large datasets and turn them into practical management insights.
- Team-supervision, communication and process-improvement capability.
- Nigerian citizenship or permanent residency and the required NYSC discharge or exemption documentation.
Contract
Full-time role based in Minna, Niger State. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
