KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1\. Logistics Officer: Coordinate logistics operations, transportation, fleet management, inventory control, warehousing, asset management and the movement of supplies and equipment required for programme implementation.

2\. Human Resources Assistant: Support recruitment administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, personnel documentation, staff records, leave administration, HR databases and routine human resources reporting.

3\. Human Resources Officer: Coordinate recruitment and selection, personnel administration, performance management, employee relations, HR policy implementation, staff development and workforce planning.

4\. Hygiene Promotion Officer: Support community hygiene promotion, household and community engagement, sanitation awareness, safe water and hygiene practices, risk communication and the monitoring of hygiene promotion activities.

5\. Information and Communication Assistant: Collect and organise programme information, prepare communication materials, document field activities, support report preparation, maintain digital records and contribute to approved website and social media content.

6\. Laboratory Technician: Support laboratory investigations, specimen collection and handling, diagnostic testing, equipment management, quality control, infection prevention and accurate laboratory documentation.

7\. Senior MEAL and Innovation Officer: Support monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning activities; strengthen data quality; track programme indicators; prepare reports and dashboards; document lessons; and promote evidence-based programme improvement.

8\. Medical Doctor: Provide clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up care, referrals and health education in line with approved clinical guidelines and applicable professional standards.

9\. Midwife: Provide antenatal, delivery and postnatal care, essential newborn care, reproductive health services, maternal health education and referrals for high-risk pregnancies and other complications.

10\. Nurse Officer: Provide nursing assessment and patient care, administer prescribed treatments, monitor patients, implement infection prevention practices, maintain clinical records and support health education and referrals.

11\. Nutrition Assistant: Support nutrition screening, community outreach, beneficiary referrals, follow-up activities, nutrition education and the documentation of nutrition programme activities.

12\. Nutrition Officer: Support nutrition programme implementation, screening and identification of malnutrition, referral and follow-up, community mobilisation, nutrition education, programme monitoring and reporting.

13\. Pharmacist: Manage pharmaceutical supplies, dispensing, prescription review, medication counselling, stock control, inventory records, medicine storage and the safe and appropriate use of medicines.

14\. Program Manager: Provide programme leadership and oversight, coordinate implementation plans and programme teams, monitor budgets and performance, support donor compliance, oversee reporting, strengthen stakeholder relationships and promote programme quality and accountability.

REQUIREMENTS:
