Position Description & Requirements

Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme (ECEWS) is recruiting for 33 full-time positions across Nigeria. The vacancies cover laboratory services, pharmacy, clinical services, finance, administration, logistics, information technology, electronic medical records, monitoring and evaluation, strategic information, integrated service delivery, sustainability and transition, HIV/TB, malaria, maternal, newborn and child health, and public health management. Available locations include Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Ebonyi, Edo and Lagos States, as well as ECEWS headquarters in Uyo. The application deadline for all listed vacancies is 13 October 2026.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme Ltd/Gte (ECEWS) is an indigenous Nigerian non-profit organisation established in 2001. The organisation works to improve access to quality healthcare, education and economic empowerment services for vulnerable populations in Nigeria.

ECEWS operates across multiple states in Nigeria and collaborates with government institutions, international development partners and other stakeholders to strengthen healthcare delivery, improve community well-being and support sustainable development.

JOB SUMMARY:

ECEWS is accepting applications for 33 full-time vacancies across its healthcare programmes, technical teams and organisational support departments. The available positions range from assistant and associate roles to technical officer, senior technical, advisory, management and director-level positions.
