Future Resilience and Development Foundation (FRAD) is recruiting for multiple internship positions in Maiduguri, Borno State. Available opportunities include Finance Intern, Media & Communication Intern, Program Intern, and HR/Admin Intern. Candidates with BA/BSc/HND qualifications are encouraged to apply before 14 October 2026.

ABOUT FRAD:

Future Resilience and Development Foundation (FRAD) is a humanitarian and development organisation working to support vulnerable communities through programmes and interventions that contribute to resilience, development, and improved community well-being.

JOB SUMMARY:

FRAD is inviting applications for multiple internship opportunities for young graduates and early-career professionals interested in gaining practical experience within a humanitarian and development organisation.

Available positions:

01 | Finance Intern

02 | Media & Communication Intern

03 | Program Intern

04 | HR/Admin Intern

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

01 | Finance Intern – Support the Finance team with routine accounting and financial administration, including organising financial documents, assisting with the compilation of financial information, maintaining records, and supporting other finance-related activities as assigned.

02 | Media & Communication Intern – Support communication and media activities by assisting with content development, preparation of communication materials, programme documentation, and other activities that help strengthen organisational communication and visibility.

03 | Program Intern – Support programme implementation and field-related activities, assist with programme documentation and reporting, contribute to routine coordination and monitoring activities, and provide general support to programme teams.

04 | HR/Admin Intern – Support human resources and administrative activities, including maintaining staff and office records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting office administration, and carrying out other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

01 | Candidates should possess a BA, BSc, or HND qualification relevant to the internship being applied for.

02 | Finance Intern applicants should preferably have a background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

03 | Media & Communication Intern applicants should preferably have a background in Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Media, or a related field.

04 | HR/Admin Intern applicants should preferably have a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

05 | Program Intern applicants should have an academic background relevant to programme, development, humanitarian, social science, or related activities.

06 | Strong communication, organisational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are required.

07 | Applicants should demonstrate willingness to learn, work collaboratively, and contribute to humanitarian and development activities.
