Position Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate malaria training sessions for healthcare workers.
Deliver approved training modules and technical presentations.
Conduct practical demonstrations and participant assessments.
Provide guidance on malaria prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
Support pre-training and post-training evaluations.
Document attendance, performance and lessons learned.
Prepare training reports and recommendations.
Follow national malaria guidelines and Jhpiego standards.
Collaborate with state health authorities and programme personnel.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health or another relevant health discipline.
Valid professional licence where applicable.
Experience in malaria case management or public-health programming.
Previous experience facilitating health-worker training.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Familiarity with Nigerian malaria policies and treatment guidelines.
Ability to work with government health institutions.
