Learning Initiatives Fellow

ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND

Catalyst Now is a global movement of social entrepreneurs and innovators collaborating to accelerate systems change and the Sustainable Development Goals.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Learning Initiatives Fellow will support the design, coordination and documentation of learning activities for Catalyst Now’s international community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support research and preparation for learning programmes, workshops and peer-learning activities.
• Assist with scheduling, participant communication and virtual-session logistics.
• Prepare learning materials, presentations, summaries and supporting documents.
• Capture lessons, participant feedback and action points.
• Organize learning resources and contribute to knowledge-management systems.
• Support data collection and analysis concerning participation and learning outcomes.
• Coordinate follow-up with facilitators, participants and internal teams.
• Undertake additional learning and programme-support duties assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant education or experience in learning, education, facilitation, international development, research, knowledge management or a related field.
• Strong written communication and organizational ability.
• Interest in systems change, social innovation and collaborative learning.
• Specific degree and minimum years of experience: Not specified.

CONTRACT DETAILS

• Engagement type: Fellowship.
• Work arrangement: Fully remote.
• Duration: Six months.
• Time commitment: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
• Availability: Ability to overlap with the team for at least five hours during Central European time.
• Stipend: A monthly stipend of USD 750 may be available to fellows who are not eligible for another grant or scholarship; eligibility conditions apply.
