Position Description & Requirements
The International Rescue Committee is recruiting an IT Programme Manager and Business Analyst to support the delivery of strategic technology initiatives. Abuja is one of the eligible duty stations, and applicants must have the right to work in the country of application.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage IT programmes and projects from planning through implementation, monitoring and closure.
- Gather, document and analyse business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
- Coordinate technical teams, vendors and organisational stakeholders.
- Maintain project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, documentation and progress reports.
- Support process improvement, user adoption, testing and change management.
Requirements:
- Relevant university qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Approximately 3–6 years of experience in IT project or programme management and business analysis.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, documentation and delivery skills.
- Professional project-management or business-analysis certification is an advantage.
