The iLEAD AFRICA Impact Associate Programme provides practical experience to emerging professionals who want to contribute to social and civic change.

ROLE FOCUS

The Graphic Design Associate will create clear, engaging visual materials for programmes, campaigns, events and digital platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design social-media graphics, event materials, presentations and programme visuals.
• Translate messages and data into accessible visual content.
• Adapt designs for different digital platforms and communication needs.
• Organise editable design files and maintain consistency with the organisation’s visual identity.
• Collaborate with communication and programme colleagues to meet content deadlines.
• Support documentation and other creative assignments under the associate programme.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

• Creative and proactive young professionals who are willing to learn.

• Good communicators and team players who can work independently.
• Candidates available for hybrid work in Abuja.
• Prior design experience or a portfolio is advantageous but not compulsory.
