ABOUT IITA
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) recruits for a People and Culture internship in Ibadan.
JOB SUMMARY
Provide administrative, operational, communication and coordination support to the Director and leadership team of the People and Culture Directorate. The intern reports directly to the Director and works with other Directorate units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Director and leadership team with administrative and operational work.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, reporting and stakeholder engagements.
- Help communicate and coordinate with teams across the People and Culture Directorate.
- Track concurrent activities, priorities and deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing executive schedules, meetings, reporting and stakeholder engagements.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.
