Job Title: Global GR Operations and Systems Specialist

ROLE PURPOSE

The Global Government Relations Operations and Systems Specialist will strengthen departmental operations, team coordination, learning systems, stakeholder-management tools and donor workflows across One Acre Fund’s Government Relations function. The position supports a large, multi-country team and helps leadership maintain effective systems, communication and compliance processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations and Strategy

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, team retreats and the global performance-management calendar.
  • Prepare leadership briefings and talking points and support the rollout of compliance tools across several countries.
  • Maintain organised schedules, documentation and follow-up systems for departmental priorities.

Team Development and Effectiveness

  • Coordinate department-wide learning initiatives, including skills-development and mentorship activities.
  • Work with global teams on cross-functional projects that improve coordination and operational efficiency.
  • Support consistent implementation of team-development processes across locations.

Systems and Stakeholder Management

  • Oversee implementation and effective use of the department’s customer-relationship management system.
  • Support advisory councils and stakeholder-management processes across country teams.
  • Review stakeholder-engagement information, identify gaps and recommend practical improvements.

Donor and Government Coordination

  • Serve as the principal administrative and logistical link between Government Relations and business development for major public-donor processes.
  • Track donor-related activities and requirements, coordinate government approvals and maintain an accurate flow of information.
  • Support processes involving public and institutional donors, including GCF and GAC, where applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Required Experience:

  • Two to three years of relevant experience in operations, coordination or a team-facing role.

Required Skills:

  • Strong project-management and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build alignment across diverse, distributed teams.
