Standard Life Organization is recruiting Field Officers to interface with clients, recruit members, recommend clients for loans, support loan disbursement and collection, and deliver field-based services.
JOB SUMMARY:
Field Officers will support SLO's operations by engaging clients, recruiting members and supporting field-based financial services and related organizational activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Interface with clients and prospective members on behalf of the organization.
2.Recruit suitable members and support member acquisition activities.
3.Recommend eligible members for loan facilities and support loan-related processes.
4.Support loan disbursement and collection of repayments.
5.Maintain effective client relationships and contribute to achievement of field and operational targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.SSCE, OND or NCE.
2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Basic computer literacy.
4.Goal-oriented attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
5.Willingness to learn and relocate where required; related experience is an added advantage.
