EOI: Consultancy for Review of Staff Workload and Skills Audit for ActionAid Nigeria

CONSULTANCY SUMMARY

ActionAid Nigeria seeks a consultant to review staff workload and conduct a comprehensive skills audit. The assignment is scheduled for one month, from 1 to 30 September 2026.

SCOPE OF WORK

Review organisational structures, staffing and work allocation; assess roles, workloads and capacity gaps; conduct a staff skills and competency audit; identify duplication, underutilisation and priority development needs; recommend practical workforce and organisational-design improvements; and present a clear final report and implementation recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and a recognised human-resources professional certification. At least twelve years of professional experience in human resources or organisational development. Proven experience conducting skills audits, workload reviews, staff design exercises or HR-systems assignments is required.
