Position Description & Requirements
ROLE PURPOSE
Serve as deputy to One Acre Fund’s Creative Director within Global Communications. Manage creative-support systems, oversee requests, enforce quality and service standards, protect the brand and develop a creative team of approximately five people.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct final reviews of selected public-facing assets.
- Give actionable quality feedback across writing, graphic design, photography and video.
- Ensure compliance with brand and quality standards.
- Support brand development and guideline improvements.
- Own and improve the Global Communications request and ticketing system.
- Review, prioritize and assign incoming requests.
- Monitor turnaround times and service-level agreements.
- Improve content-storage, sharing and template systems.
- Coordinate with Internal Communications, External Communications, Digital and Business Development.
- Contribute to campaigns, creative brainstorming and content planning.
- Manage approximately five creatives and directly supervise about three staff.
- Coach staff, delegate work and monitor quality and workload.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated experience leading a creative team and providing final creative sign-off.
- Experience managing a high-volume request, ticketing or production system.
- Professional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.
- Technical expertise in graphic design, video, photography or writing.
- Experience with Asana, Monday.com, Jira or comparable workflow tools.
