Position Description & Requirements
Plan International Nigeria invites qualified consultants or firms to conduct an endline study assessing the impact of a training intervention.
ASSIGNMENT PURPOSE
The consultancy will generate credible evidence on programme results, learning and training impact. The consultant will be expected to review relevant documents, refine an appropriate methodology, collect and analyse data, present findings and produce a clear endline report with practical recommendations.
EXPECTED CAPACITY
- Strong experience conducting endline studies, programme evaluations or comparable research assignments.
- Approximately five to nine years of relevant evaluation, research, monitoring or education-sector experience.
- Ability to design mixed-method approaches, manage ethical data collection and produce high-quality analytical reports.
- Demonstrated organisational capacity to deliver within the required schedule.
- Familiarity with education, training-impact assessment, gender equality and development programming is an advantage.
